With both business acumen and exhaustive baseball insights, he understands the game behind the game…from player stats to the marketing and operations that help franchises and organizations thrive.

Never complacent, Devon has continued to expand the breadth of his business acumen in leadership roles within the financial services in dustry. While managing The GM’s Perspective and launching ignite CHANGE, Devon has over 15 year in the financial industry comprised of se nior leadership roles; Community Bank Manager and Small Business Development Manager.
Whether on the field or in the office, Devon has the necessary skills and attributes to strengthen existing and new relationships through one-onone or group coaching and consulting.
Devon holds a Bachelor’s degree from York College and has completed studies in Strategic Management (USC Marshall School of Business). He is recent graduate of Northeastern University where he attained his Masters of Leadership and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education EdD in Leadership.
